Plytix pricing: plans, SKU tiers, add-ons and AI credits
Plytix pricing follows three public plans priced by SKU count: Standard from EUR 0, Pro from EUR 149 and Enterprise from EUR 699 per month at 100 SKUs, seen on 14 October 2026. Every Plytix plan includes unlimited users and 500 AI credits a month. Add-ons are charged at the same SKU tier.
How is Plytix priced?
Plytix publishes three plans priced by SKU count, with unlimited users and add-ons charged at the same SKU tier. Plans can be billed monthly or annually and cancelled at any time. The full vendor record sits in the PIM vendor directory.
The Plytix knowledge base showed these starting prices on 14 October 2026:
| Plan | Price from (EUR per month, 100 SKUs) | Users | AI credits per month | API calls per hour |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 0 | Unlimited | 500 | 2,000 |
| Pro | 149 | Unlimited | 500 | 15,000 |
| Enterprise | 699 | Unlimited | 500 | 25,000 |
Plytix also lists payment by credit card or bank transfer. These figures apply at the smallest catalogue of 100 SKUs. Plytix states that prices go up as the SKU count grows. The pricing page uses a slider from 100 to 25,000+ SKUs, so read the price at your own count before budgeting.
What drives Plytix cost?
SKU count is the main Plytix cost driver, because it sets both the plan price and every add-on price. Users do not drive cost, since all plans include unlimited users.
The cost drivers to price are:
- SKU count: each tier step raises the base plan and every active add-on together.
- Plan: Pro and Enterprise raise API limits, which matters for ERP and commerce integrations.
- Add-ons: AI Unlimited, Feed Management, Brand Portals, Product Data Sheets, Shopify, BigCommerce and Wayfair.
- AI credits: 500 a month are included; text edits use 1 credit, image relighting 10 and image upscaling 30.
- Channels: Feed Management and the Shopify, BigCommerce and Wayfair add-ons are each a separate line at your SKU tier.
- Billing term: monthly or annual billing.
Because add-ons follow the SKU tier, a catalogue that doubles can raise several lines at once. In PIMvendors selections, buyers model three points: today's SKU count, the count after the next range launch and the count in year three. The gap between those points shows whether Plytix stays affordable as the business grows.
Locales, environments and support tiers are not described in the knowledge base article, so request them in writing. The PIM pricing models guide explains how SKU-based pricing behaves as a catalogue grows.
What does Plytix cost beyond the licence?
Plytix's self-service model keeps implementation smaller than enterprise PIM, but data work still costs money. In PIMvendors selections, the data model and the first import take more time than the configuration.
Budget for these items alongside the Plytix subscription:
- Data model design: families, attributes and variants before import.
- Data work: cleansing, enrichment and migration from spreadsheets or a webshop.
- Integration: ERP or commerce connections beyond the standard add-ons.
- Partner support: optional implementation help for teams without PIM experience.
- Internal team: a product data owner for ongoing quality.
Integration effort depends on the plan as well. Standard allows 2,000 API calls per hour, which can limit frequent ERP synchronisation on larger catalogues. Test the sync volume you need before choosing the plan, because a later upgrade changes the base price at every SKU tier.
The PIM cost guide lists ten cost categories. The PIM TCO calculator turns them into a five-year comparison between Plytix and the Plytix alternatives on your shortlist.
Which negotiation levers work with Plytix?
Plytix publishes its prices, so the levers sit in term, tier and growth protection. Small subscriptions leave less discount room than enterprise contracts.
In PIMvendors negotiations, four levers carry most weight:
- Annual billing: compare the annual price with twelve monthly payments.
- SKU headroom: request a price lock for the next SKU tier if your catalogue is growing.
- Add-on bundle: price the add-ons you need together at signature.
- AI volume: compare AI Unlimited with your expected credit use.
Keep a second finalist in the process even at this price level. A live alternative gives you a reference point when you discuss annual terms or a price lock.
Anchor high on the full scope and keep the deeper discount as fallback for the final round. The PIM licence negotiation guide sets out the sequence and timing.
What should you ask Plytix on the sales call?
Arrive with a written list and request every answer in writing. These requests cover what the public pages leave open.
- Ask for the plan price at your SKU count today and at your projected count in two years.
- Ask for the price of each add-on you need at both SKU counts.
- Ask for the annual billing price compared with monthly billing.
- Ask for the support channels and response times included in each plan.
- Ask for sandbox or test environments, if your integrations need them.
- Ask for the locale and language limits per plan.
- Ask for confirmation of how unused AI credits are handled each month.
- Ask for data export formats when you cancel.
Plytix makes its prices easy to read, which makes the five-year model easy to build. Run it at your SKU count in year three, with every add-on you will switch on.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Plytix cost?
Plytix lists Standard from EUR 0, Pro from EUR 149 and Enterprise from EUR 699 per month at 100 SKUs, seen on 14 October 2026. Prices rise as the SKU count grows, and add-ons are charged on top at the same SKU tier. Plans can be billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time, according to the Plytix knowledge base.
Does Plytix charge per user?
Plytix does not charge per user. Every plan includes unlimited users, which makes Plytix predictable for teams that add marketing, sales and supplier staff. The price drivers are SKU count, plan and add-ons. This differs from vendors whose entry tiers include a fixed number of users and charge for each extra seat.
How do Plytix AI credits work?
Every Plytix plan includes 500 AI credits a month. An AI text edit uses 1 credit, image relighting and custom image editing use 10 credits each, and image upscaling and Shopify-ready images use 30 credits each. The AI Unlimited add-on removes the 500-credit cap. Image-heavy workflows use credits fastest, so estimate monthly volumes before choosing.
What do Plytix add-ons cost?
The Plytix knowledge base names seven add-ons: AI Unlimited, Feed Management, Brand Portals, Product Data Sheets, Shopify, BigCommerce and Wayfair. Each add-on is charged on top of the base plan at the same SKU tier and gives unlimited access to that tool. PIM Selection does not record add-on prices, so check the Plytix pricing page at your SKU count.
