1 RecognisePIM Readiness Score: is your organisation ready for a PIM?
The PIM Readiness Score is a free 12-question assessment that places an organisation's product data on a five-level maturity scale: Scattered, Centralised, Governed, Syndicated, and Compliance-ready and automated. It scores three questions each for Data, Process, People and Tooling, then returns three next actions for the level reached.
1 RecogniseCompliance readiness check: which EU product rules apply to you
The compliance readiness check asks 14 questions about your products, channels, claims and company size, then shows which of seven EU instruments apply: PPWR, ESPR, the Digital Product Passport, GPSR, EUDR, the ECGT Directive and the European Accessibility Act. For each, it lists three to four product data actions and the next key date.

The Compliance Countdown lists every EU product data milestone for PPWR, ESPR, the Digital Product Passport, GPSR, EUDR, the ECGT Directive and the European Accessibility Act. Each date links to EUR-Lex or the European Commission and is marked fixed or expected. The next fixed dates are 30 December 2026 for EUDR and 18 February 2027 for the battery passport.
2 PreparePIM requirements checklist: 240 testable requirements
The PIM requirements checklist lists 240 testable PIM requirements in four domains, 60 each, taken from the PIMvendors 400+ item checklist. Each requirement has a stable ID, a rationale, a demo test, a default priority, industry tags and a regulation tag. Filter the checklist, adjust priorities and export the selection to a spreadsheet or the RFP builder.
2 PreparePIM TCO calculator: estimate five-year PIM cost in ten categories
The PIM TCO calculator estimates five-year PIM total cost of ownership across ten categories, from licence to AI usage credits. Choose a segment, mid-market or enterprise, and the calculator fills each category with a PIMvendors planning estimate. Overwrite every default with your own quotes and internal figures to get a five-year total you can defend.
3 EvaluatePIM selector: the PIM Fit Finder for building a vendor longlist
The PIM Fit Finder is a free PIM selector that ranks 18 PIM vendors against six criteria: company size, business model, data complexity, region, ecosystem and needs. Scoring is a transparent weighted match on editorial fit scores, ties are broken alphabetically, and no sponsorship input exists. The result is a longlist that feeds scenario-based demos.
4 DecidePIM RFP template builder: from requirements to a vendor-ready RFP
The PIM RFP builder turns the requirements you selected in the PIMvendors checklist and your demo scenarios into a PIM RFP template ready for vendors. Each requirement keeps its stable ID, priority and test, and vendors answer per ID with a fixed response code. The answers feed the scorecard and become annexes to the contract.
